Our Services

  • Our fee for services is 4 weeks pay of the position we’re filling. We require an upfront payment of 50% to start the search and the remainder upon successful hiring. We don't charge an administrative fee, unlike larger firms. The client pays for search-related expenses, including travel and interview costs, approved beforehand.

Flat Fee - 4 Weeks

No complicated percentages. We charge a fair 4 weeks pay for each employee placed. One half due up front, remainder upon hire
